Read every review your customers leave and reply without leaving your iPhone.
Reviews section
The Reviews section on the App Detail view shows a summary:
- Total reviews loaded
- Number of unanswered reviews (ones you haven’t replied to yet)
- Average star rating
Tap See All Reviews to open the full scrollable list.
Reading reviews
Reviews are sorted newest first. Each row shows:
- Star rating
- Review title and body
- Reviewer name and territory
- Date
- Whether you’ve replied
Tap a review to read it in full.
Replying to a review
- Tap a review to open it.
- Tap Reply (or Edit Reply if you've already replied).
- Write your response. There's no enforced character limit, but keep replies concise — they appear publicly on the App Store.
- Tap Submit Reply. The response is sent to ASC and becomes visible on the App Store after a short propagation delay.
AI-assisted reply suggestions
If you have an AI provider connected, tap Suggest Reply in the reply editor to generate a draft response based on the review content. The suggestion appears in the editor for you to read, edit, and either use or discard.
Review reply suggestions are generated from the review text and submitted to you for review before anything is sent to ASC. Edit freely — your voice matters more than a polished template.
Filtering reviews
Use the filter controls at the top of the reviews list to show:
- Only unanswered reviews
- Reviews by star rating (1-star, 2-star, etc.)
- Reviews from a specific territory
Common pitfalls
Once you submit a reply to a review, it can be edited but not deleted. Think before replying, especially to negative reviews.
